“This was the worst and most disappointing experience I have had as a Hilton Honors member. I informed the staff that the room felt dirty, but they dismissed my concern. They told me that because I reported the issue more than an hour after check-in, they would need to take pictures and send them to the manager before doing anything. However, I had left the room only 10 minutes after arrival because the Wi-Fi was not working and I needed internet access. I did not use the room; I simply dropped……

“Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.”

“The only reason I am not rating this motel a five star is because we had to pay for parking in the motel parking lot. Typically parking is covered, especially when your parking in a parking lot that belongs to the motel.”

“The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.”

“We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist when we experienced noise from neighboring guests. They promptly helped us move to a quieter room and were happy to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for our needs and made it easy to get where we needed to go. Overall, the excellent customer service and convenient location made for a positive experience, and we would stay here again.”
